The roof maintenance rate is based on several project factors such as, the location, size of maintenance area & layout, product/materials to be maintained, current condition, safety prevention level, the need for heavy machinery/equipment, and the maintenance action plan drafted up by our Pro-Contractor. Depending on the level and degree of maintenance, an initial assessment may be necessary. Following the completion of the scheduled maintenance, a maintenance report will be generated and provided within two weeks of the completion date (providing balances due have been paid and settled). An Eagle View report may be obtained upon request (additional charges apply).
