In June of 2024 TKO completed a "Standing Seam Metal Roof Replacement" in (Hinesburg, VT).
Flat seam copper roof installation, custom soldered in Niskayuna NY. Contracted by Premier Roof Solutions, Sub-Contracted to TKO.
Replaced existing slate roof with new slate tiles, re-built and customized built in copper gutters. Installed copper flashing and wall to roof transition flashing. Roof replacement completed by TKO in East Greenwich RI.
TKO replaced the slate and copper roof at the Coach House Condominiums in Newport RI. A total of nineteen skylight windows were replaced with new skylight windows. Custom fabricated 20oz copper plumbing vent boots installed over all vent pipes, 20oz copper hip & ridge cap, wall & roof flashings, and copper cant strip custom fabricated and installed throughout entire roof. 20oz copper gutters and downspouts custom fabricated and installed around eaves of roof.

In August of 2023 TKO installed k-style seamless gutters along roof eaves of new building for the Rutland VT Transit Bus Station. Contracted by Premier Roof Solutions of Fair Haven VT, Sub-Contracted out to TKO.
In March of 2023 TKO installed k-style white seamless gutters and downspouts installed along eave of house roof on Prospect St. in Brandon VT.
In October of 2022 TKO installed a gray 24" 24-gauge standing seam metal roof on York St. in Poultney VT.
In September of 2022 TKO installed stainless steel micro mesh gutter covers over k-style gutter installed along eave of roof at Lake St. Catherine in Poultney VT.
In November of 2015 TKO completed a slate and standing seam copper roof replacement for Scott Thompson Builders Inc. located at (Windhill Rd. Manchester VT).
In July of 2024 TKO performed a "Slate & Metal Roof Restoration" in (Middletown Springs VT) for Green MTN Timber Frames.

TKO was sub-contracted by Scott Thompson Builders Inc. in August 2023 to install a custom fabricated 24-gauge, 24" standing seam metal seamless roof on a newly constructed residential house framed by Scott Thompson Builders Inc on Tower Rd. in Dorset VT.

In March of 2020 Thomas Szkutak oversaw the standing seam metal roof replacement contracted by Premier Roof Solutions for the Church in Poultney VT. Removing the existing slate roofing, replacing it with 24-gauge 24" standing seam metal roofing.
Custom designed slate roof replacement to replicate existing slate roof removed. Custom soldered and fabricated copper roofing panels and copper flashing installed by TKO in Newport RI.
October 2023 TKO installed 24gauge, 24" Kynar painted standing seam metal roof panels onto new roof deck. Installed custom metal onto framed cupola on Saw Mill hill Rd. in Middletown Springs VT.
August of 2023 TKO removed existing metal pans, prepped roof decking with water barrier, then installed new standing seam metal pans on entire store front roof sections. Rutland VT Price Chopper Plaza metal roof replacement contracted by VT Roofing, Sub-Contracted to TKO.
June of 2023 TKO removed existing shingle roofing, prepped roof deck with water barrier, then installed standing seam metal pans on entire roof deck. D.A.R. State Park metal roof replacement contracted by VT Roofing and Sub-Contracted to TKO
November of 2022 TKO completed a new installation, custom flat seam copper, and slate tile roof installed on new construction "car port" in Killington VT.
From August 2021 to January 2022 TKO installed 24-gauge 24" standing seam metal roof panels on a new construction building on Hollow-Rivendell Rd in Winhall VT. Contracted by Scott Thompson Builders Inc.
October of 2018 TKO completed a roof replacement of cedar shakes and custom copper flat seam panels installed on Nichols Hills Rd. in Dorset VT.
December of 2018 TKO completed a roof replacement on flat roof deck with EPDM rubber membrane roofing materials, green synthetic slate, and copper flashing.
October of 2017 TKO installed gray Owens Corning Shingles on new apartment building complex in Rutland VT for Premier Roof Solutions.
March of 2016 TKO completed a shingle roof replacement with Owens Corning Duration Series Shingles on Winhall Hallow Rd. in Winhall VT.
May of 2015 TKO replaced existing multi-colored slate roofing tiles with new multi-colored slate roofing to replicate pre-existing slate roof removed with copper hip and ridge caps. Installed standing seam metal on one roof section.
February of 2014 TKO installed 24gauge, 24" Kynar painted standing seam metal roof panel installation with metal hip and ridge.
May of 2015, TKO installed new slate tiles and slate hip and ridge caps on newly constructed building located on Springwood Manor Dr. in Colonie NY.

October of 2013 TKO performed a slate roof and roof deck replacement with a custom fabricated copper eyebrow dormer, copper chimney flashing, and wall to roof flashing in Colonie NY.
September of 2013 on Fox Rd in Hampton NY. TKO built & framed office garage/building. Installed shingles on framed and decked roof, installed siding, trim, fascia, doors, and windows.
July of 2013 TKO replaced the existing slate roof with new slate tiles throughout the entire roof deck of the Middletown Springs School in Middletown Springs VT.
In April of 2013 TKO installed copper snow pans along eave of roof, replaced copper vent pipe and boot, and replaced broken and missing slates as needed above snow pans located on Oak St. in Saratoga Springs NY.

October of 2012 TKO was hired by Clay Heald to custom frame/build garage in Wells VT, installing black slate on main roof section of garage and standing seam metal pans on built out roof covering.

In February of 2025 TKO installed an S-5 color-guard sno-rail system onto standing seam metal panel roof in Hebron NY.
March of 2025 new installation of 24-gauge standing seam metal panels, with lengths up to 100-feet onto commercial building in Killington VT. Sub-contracted through VT Roofing of Tectra.
May of 2025 completed standing seam metal panel roof installation on Store front in ludlow VT for VT Roofing Company of Tectra.
May of 2025 TKO completed a residential roof replacement on Spooner Point Rd in Castleton VT. 24-inch, 24-gauge standing seam metal kynar-500 painted green with S-5 color matched sno-rail system installed and 5-inch k-style aluminum color matched gutters.
In April of 2025, TKO installed 6-inch half round .032 aluminum black gutters with black rain chains on Hayesburge Rd. in Chestertown NY Contracted by Premier Roof Solutions Inc.
In June of 2022 TKO framed, built, and shingled a front porch onto new dwelling in Hebron NY.
In August of 2022, framed and roofed new pavilion with Asphalt Shingles in Castleton VT.
In March of 2023 TKO installed k-style white seamless gutters and downspouts installed along eave of house roof on Prospect St. in Brandon VT.

Starting January 2025, TKO has been working on a guest house remodel in Tinmouth VT. Started by stripping the guest house down to its post and beams (framing). Stayed tuned for finished results.
