Service Description

Vermont residential roof inspections for up to 100 sq. roofing surface, per roof structure (dwelling) within a fifty-mile (50mi) radius of Poultney VT. Includes certified roof inspection report with a detailed roof inspection check list, summary of findings & roof conditions, necessary repairs & recommendations (when applies), and a complete 'Eagle View' roof report with imaging. Inspection rate may vary based on the roof location (travel distance), roof size & pitch, roof height, and number of roof sections. Payment will be requested and required prior to releasing the roof inspection report and documents. Roof reports may take up to fourteen days following the roof inspection date.
