With a thorough roof inspection and maintenance plan, you can have peace of mind that your roof will continue to protect your home year after year. The roof maintenance rate is based on several individual factors such as, the location, size of maintenance area and layout, product/materials to be maintained, current condition, safety prevention level, and the need for heavy machinery/equipment. An initial assessment will be necessary and required before a maintenance plan will be available to purchase for yearly maintenance booking. During he initial assessment a roof maintenance action plan will be drafted up by our lead Roofing-Contractor individually tailored to your roof and yearly maintenance request. Depending on the crrent condition of your roof intial roof repairs may be necesary before your roof is eligable for a maintenance plan. Following the completion of the scheduled maintenance, a maintenance report will be generated and provided within two weeks of the completion date (providing balances due have been paid and settled).
