The roof maintenance rate is based on several project factors such as, the location, size of maintenance area & layout, product/materials to be maintained, current condition, safety prevention level, the need for heavy machinery/equipment, and the maintenance action plan drafted up by our Pro-Contractor. Depending on the level and degree of maintenance, an initial assessment may be necessary. Following the completion of the scheduled maintenance, a maintenance report will be generated and provided within two weeks of the completion date (providing balances due have been paid and settled). An Eagle View report may be obtained upon request (additional charges apply).

Assessment performed by TKO's Roofing Contractor for an initial residential project evaluation of the services requested. The location of assessment must be within a forty-five-mile (45mi) radius of Poultney VT, to be eligible for our free assessment service. The Contractor starts with a visual inspection of the property, dwelling, and area of service, measurements are taken (as necessary), and initial photographs of worksite/property area, dwelling, and the area(s) to be serviced. An assessment is the initial project meeting after submitting a request for service. The initial assessment provides the opportunity for potential clients to meet with our Roofing Contractor to discuss the overall goal and vision of the requested services, review the Contractors recommendations and course of action, and to discuss project financials, and a project budget. Following the initial assessment an 'estimate of work' order will be sent by email, usually within two-three weeks from the assessment date. The initial assessment may be completed without the requestor's attendance; however, it's strongly recommended to be present. On certain projects, an Eagle View Report (satellite Imaging) may be warranted. To obtain a copy of the Eagle View Report with the submitted estimate, payment must be made to TKO to cover the costs associated with the report.

Vermont residential roof inspections for up to 100 sq. roofing surface, per roof structure (dwelling) within a fifty-mile (50mi) radius of Poultney VT. Includes certified roof inspection report with a detailed roof inspection check list, summary of findings & roof conditions, necessary repairs & recommendations (when applies), and a complete 'Eagle View' roof report with imaging. Inspection rate may vary based on the roof location (travel distance), roof size & pitch, roof height, and number of roof sections. Payment will be requested and required prior to releasing the roof inspection report and documents. Roof reports may take up to fourteen days following the roof inspection date.
