Vermont residential roof inspections for up to 50-sq. roofing surface, per roof structure (dwelling) within a fifty-mile (50mi) radius of Poultney VT. Includes certified roof inspection report with a detailed roof inspection check list, summary of findings and roof conditions, necessary repairs and recommendations (when applies), with an add-on option for a full 'satellite' roof report with imaging (additional fees apply). Inspection rate may vary based on the roof location (travel distance), roof size, pitch, height, and number of roof sections (facets). Payment will be requested and required prior to releasing the roof inspection report and documents. Roof reports may take up to fourteen days following the roof inspection date.
